Production time
Production takes 7–10 business days after your order is placed (and any custom details are confirmed). This is production time before the package is handed to the carrier—not the same as transit time.
Shipping rates and methods
Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout based on your address and order contents. Where a specific rate is not listed here, the checkout display controls.
Not provided for this policy page: fixed domestic rate card, free-shipping threshold, and carrier service-level guarantees beyond what checkout shows.
United States delivery
For U.S. addresses, after we ship, economy transit commonly takes about 5–8 business days, depending on carrier and destination. Delays can occur during peak periods or due to carrier events outside our control.
International shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected destinations shown at checkout. International orders can take longer in transit and may be subject to customs clearance. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by law or clearly stated at checkout.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email on the order (when provided by the carrier).
Wrong address / failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us, contact claire@stellarsenshi.com to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
