It’s a decent product, but it lacked installation instructions, which was frustrating. The included power cord had a wattage that was far too high for installation, so I had to purchase a different adapter to make it work. Additionally, the neon sign doesn’t match the picture advertised, which was disappointing for what I paid $200 for.
